The foundation of this rooftop retreat is a floating porcelain tile deck system, offering a low-maintenance solution that only requires a simple hose-off once or twice a year to maintain its pristine allure. Designed for both relaxation and entertainment, we incorporated a sleek serving bar complete with an outdoor fridge and TV—a perfect haven for enjoying the cityscape.

Privacy meets elegance with strategically placed IPE screens, creating a visual barrier to unwanted views while allowing the lush greenery to soften the space. The Apollo louvered pergola system takes center stage, a motorized marvel that effortlessly blocks the summer sun and welcomes warmth during the transitional seasons. To further extend the rooftop deck season, we installed Bromic heaters, ensuring comfort and enjoyment year-round.

On the far end of the deck, a large L-shaped aluminum grilling area beckons, complete with a drink caddy and bar stools—an outdoor culinary haven for the clients and their guests. As the sun sets, a customized FX light system, seamlessly integrated into the client's smart home, bathes the space in a warm glow, creating an ambiance that's both inviting and sophisticated.
