Nestled between homes on Burling Street, this Lincoln Park residence was a complete redo from its former traditional English garden style. Our clients wanted a private space for their kids to freely play where the adults could comfortably watch. A semi-circular turf area maximized functionality and form. Above, a comfortable built in kitchen and dining area allowed the family to seamlessly expand their living space outward to enjoy every bit of Chicago summers.
