At the heart of the design is a versatile louvered pergola with dual functions—aluminum blades that open and close (Apollo/Struxure/Pratic/Renson) for controlled sunlight and fabric that can be manually adjusted for a personalized touch. The modular tile deck provides a contemporary foundation, complemented by an oversized dining table that can effortlessly expand or contract based on the number of guests.

To shield unsightly alley views, we employed a combination of frosted glass and Timbertech composite, creating a seamless blend of privacy and sophistication. Planter boxes add a pop of color, and strategically placed uplighting on the trees creates a dramatic ambiance as the evening unfolds.

For those cooler evenings, heaters were incorporated to extend the rooftop deck season, ensuring that every moment in this outdoor haven is enjoyable year-round.
