Wicker Park
An intimate abode in the heart of Wicker Park, this balcony seamlessly extends the indoors outward to unify the living spaces. Concrete and Ipe tiles sit atop a floating pedestal system, bordered by live roof trays. Custom cedar bench seating offers storage underneath. A cedar lattice acts as the backdrop for tall spurts of feather reed grass, while metal planters hold boxwoods, birch, sedums, and Japanese maple.
