Rooftop Expanse

Set atop an expansive 3-car garage, this Lincoln Park rooftop was host to a 250+ person prom party hours after its completion. Room for serving and entertainment was key, but so was the idea that the space could be used as a private yoga studio during quiet evenings. An oversized cedar and steel pergola, parquet flooring, and uniform planters give this rooftop the transitional style the client had hoped for – an extension of the interior, with elements to wow it’s guests.
